Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Advocate to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will provide legal advice, draft documents, and represent clients in legal proceedings. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to handle cases independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients before courts, tribunals, and other legal forums.

• Draft, review, and finalize contracts, pleadings, petitions, affidavits, and other legal documents.

• Provide legal advice and opinions on diverse matters, including civil, criminal, corporate, and regulatory issues.

• Conduct legal research, case law analysis, and prepare case strategies.

• Liaise with government authorities, law enforcement, and regulatory bodies when required.

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

• Maintain case records, filings, and proper documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized institution; Master’s degree (LL.M) preferred.

• Enrollment with the Bar Council and license to practice.

• 2–6 years of professional experience (freshers with strong internships may also apply, if required).

• Strong knowledge of legal procedures, statutes, and case law.

• Excellent drafting, communication, and advocacy skills.

• Ability to manage multiple cases and work under pressure.

• High ethical standards and integrity.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to both litigation and corporate advisory work.

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in legal research tools and MS Office applications.
