Join Our Team at the Good Karma Treasure Shop – Anjuna

We are looking for a Store Room Assistant to help with the back-end work that keeps the shop running smoothly. This is a hands-on role for someone dependable, organized, and willing to learn.

About Us:

The Good Karma Treasure Shop is a donation-based thrift store that supports sustainability and community impact. We believe in giving clothes and items a second life, while also raising funds for local NGOs.

What You’ll Do:

• Cleaning and maintaining the store room.

• Sorting and organizing donations.

• Ironing clothes before they go on display.

• Supporting the store team whenever required.

What We’re Looking For:

• No prior experience necessary – training will be provided.

• Willingness to take initiative and work responsibly.

• Comfortable with physical tasks like sorting and ironing.

• Someone who enjoys being part of a community space

• Commitment to stay with us long-term.

What we offer:

• Salary: ₹8,000/month

• Bonus: ₹2,000/month retention bonus (paid after 6 months of continuous service)

• Accommodation and food can be provided if needed.
