Product Handling & Packing
Receive finished products from production safely.
Check product quality before packing (no damage, leakage, or defects).
Pack products according to company standards (weight, size, and labeling).
Seal cartons/packets properly to avoid damage during transport.
Labeling & Documentation
Attach correct labels, barcodes, or batch codes on each product.
Maintain daily packing records in logbooks or ERP system.
Report shortages, damages, or mislabeling immediately.
Quality & Hygiene Maintenance
Ensure all packing is done in a clean and hygienic environment.
Follow company’s food safety / quality control guidelines (if food-related).
Wear proper safety gear (gloves, masks, hairnet, etc.).
Inventory & Material Management
Monitor usage of packing materials (cartons, tapes, labels, shrink wrap, etc.).
Inform supervisor if stock of packing materials is low.
Reduce wastage of packing materials.
Teamwork & Coordination
Work closely with production, store, and dispatch teams.
Ensure timely completion of daily packing targets.
Support colleagues during high workload.
Safety & Compliance
Follow company’s safety rules while using packing machines/tools.
Report any accidents, hazards, or unsafe practices.
Keep workplace neat, clean, and organized.
