Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced and motivated Salesperson to join our hardware retail team. The candidate should have strong product knowledge in hardware items and excellent customer service skills to assist walk-in clients and help grow sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting the right hardware products

• Recommend products based on customer needs and usage

• Handle sales billing and maintain transaction accuracy

• Organize and restock shelves and inventory

• Work towards individual and team sales targets

• Provide after-sales support and follow-ups as needed

• Stay updated with new products and market trends

• Report low stock or customer requests to the store manager

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in hardware sales or related retail industry

• Knowledge of tools, fasteners, paints, electrical, and plumbing items

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer skills for billing and inventory tracking

• Physically fit and willing to assist with stock handling

• Minimum qualification: High School or equivalent
