Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and maintain flour milling (chakki) machinery

• Oversee cleaning, grinding, and packaging processes as per company guidelines

• Ensure consistent flour quality by following standard operating procedures

• Maintain accurate production and inventory records

• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize breakdowns and downtime

• Implement and follow safety and hygiene standards in the unit

• Support team in continuous improvement, process efficiency, and equipment trials

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: [ 10th / 12th pass / ITI / Diploma]

• Experience: [1–3 years in flour milling, chakki operations, or food manufacturing]

• Strong attention to detail and quality standards

• Physical stamina to handle production-floor responsibilities

• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environ
