Assist chefs and cooks in basic food preparation (washing, chopping, peeling, etc.)
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen area, utensils, and equipment
Wash dishes, pots, and pans promptly and properly
Receive, unpack, and store kitchen supplies and ingredients
Ensure proper waste disposal and segregation
Follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
Support kitchen staff during service hours
Perform other duties as assigned by the Head Chef or Kitchen Supervisor
Qualifications & Skills:
Prior experience as a kitchen helper or similar role preferred
Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and hygiene
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good teamwork and communication skills
Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
