Prestige Industries is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Wire Harness Assembly Worker to join our production team. The role involves assembling, routing, and testing wire harnesses used in automotive, electrical, and industrial applications. The ideal candidate should have good hand–eye coordination, the ability to read wiring diagrams, and experience in using assembly tools. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹10000 - ₹11200.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, work instructions, and technical drawings.

• Cut, strip, crimp, and solder wires according to specifications.

• Assemble electrical connectors, terminals, and protective sleeves.

• Route and bundle wires neatly into harness assemblies.

• Use tools such as crimping machines, heat guns, and measuring instruments.

• Inspect and test completed harnesses for quality, continuity, and compliance with standards.

• Maintain a clean and organize work area.

• Follow safety procedures and company production standards.

• Report defects, shortages, or quality issues to the supervisor

Job Requirements:

Minimum 10th pass / ITI / vocational training preferred.

Basic knowledge of electrical components (training will be provided).

Good hand–eye coordination and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a team-oriented production environment.
