About the Role
United Distributor is looking for an experienced Team Leader to oversee and manage pharmacy operations at our hospital pharmacy unit. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of team handling (3+ years) and will be responsible for monitoring daily activities, ensuring accuracy in operations, and maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the pharmacy team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Monitor stock levels, billing and dispensing of medicines.
Ensure compliance with pharmacy protocols, standards and regulations.
Train, guide and motivate team members for high performance.
Handle customer queries and provide excellent service.
Maintain proper documentation and reporting of daily activities.

Qualifications & Skills Required
Education: B.Pharma or D.Pharma from a recognized university (mandatory).
Experience: Minimum 3+ years of team handling experience in hospital pharmacy.
Strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer handling abilities.
Attention to detail with the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Salary & Benefits
Salary: Up to ₹18,000 (In-hand)
