We are looking for a Registerd Pharmacist to join our team at Medmongers to assist in handling lab equipment, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18000 - ₹25000 and other benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• ✅ Review and verify medical equipment specifications, manuals, and certifications before product listing.

• 📦 Ensure all imported/exported products comply with national and international medical device regulations (CDSCO, FDA, CE, etc.).

• 📄 Maintain accurate documentation for licenses, product registrations, and regulatory filings.

• 🧾 Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure product quality, labeling, and documentation during import/export.

• 🛍️ Assist in creating and reviewing product listings for the website — ensuring medically accurate descriptions.

• 📞 Provide technical support to the customer care team regarding product usage, safety, and troubleshooting.

• 🔍 Monitor and investigate product returns, faults, or safety complaints and initiate corrective actions.

• 🧠 Train internal teams (sales/support) on product features, handling, and compliance requirements.

• 🧰 Stay updated on latest changes in drug/device regulatory policies relevant to business operations.

• 🏷️ Help manage inventory by ensuring proper labeling, expiry tracking, and compliance with storage norms.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 1 years of experience. Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or higher. Knowledge of medical devices, regulatory affairs, and healthcare logistics is preferred. Experience in e-commerce or import/export industry is a plus. Strong attention to detail, communication, and documentation skills
