Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Phlebotomist - Field Collection located in Gurugram. The Phlebotomist will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks including drawing blood from patients, labeling and handling blood samples, maintaining proper medical records, and ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations. The role also involves interacting with patients to ensure they are comfortable and informed throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Laboratory Skills and Blood Collection

• Medical Assisting and Medical Terminology knowledge

• General understanding of Medicine

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in phlebotomy is preferred

• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
