Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for collecting blood and other specimens from patients at the collection center and during home visits.

• The phlebotomist ensures accurate labeling, proper handling, and timely transport of samples while maintaining a high standard of patient care and hygiene.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPerform venipuncture, capillary, and other specimen collections safely and efficiently.Manage both in-center and doorstep (home) collection appointments as per daily schedules.

• Maintain proper sample storage and transport conditions.Follow infection control, biosafety, and quality procedures at all times.

• Provide a professional and empathetic experience for patients during sample collection.Maintain adequate stock of collection materials and supplies.

• Record and report collection data in system/software accurately.

• Coordinate with logistics and laboratory teams for timely sample dispatch.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 4 years of experience. Attention to detail, knowledge of medical terminologies, and proficiency in handling lab instruments and medications are essential. Certification in a relevant field is a plus.
