Key Responsibilities:

Phlebotomy / Home Collection Duties:

Visit patients’ homes for sample collection as per schedule.
Collect blood and other specimens following proper safety and hygiene protocols.
Label, handle, and transport samples accurately to the laboratory.
Maintain patient comfort and ensure professional, courteous service.
Record and report daily collections and coordinate with lab staff.

Skills & Requirements:

Qualification: DMLT / B.Sc (MLT)
Experience: Minimum 1 year in phlebotomy; HR experience preferred.
Technical Skills: Blood collection, labeling, basic HR documentation, MS Office.
Soft Skills: Good communication, empathy, punctuality, multitasking ability.
License/Certification: Valid two-wheeler license
