Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medicines accurately against prescriptions.

• Provide correct information regarding dosage, usage, and side effects of medicines.

• Ensure 100% compliance with pharmacy laws and company SOPs.

• Maintain stock accuracy, check expiry, and ensure proper storage of medicines.

• Handle customer queries and provide excellent service in-store and via digital platforms.

• Support home delivery, billing, and omnichannel order management.

• Maintain hygiene and display standards as per guidelines.

What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Pharmacy.

• 6 months–5+ years of retail pharmacy experience.

• Strong knowledge of medicines and prescription handling.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Ethical, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Salary (Based on Experience):

• Pharmacist (6 months–1 yr): ₹21,917

• Pharmacist (1.1–2 yrs): ₹24,000

• Sr. Pharmacist (3.1–5 yrs): ₹28,900

• ATL (5+ yrs): ₹35,000
