Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Conduct routine physical, chemical, and microbiological testing.

• Ensure implementation and compliance with GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, and other food safety standards.

• Maintain and update quality documentation and records.

• Investigate product quality issues, non-conformances, and customer complaints.

• Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Perform internal audits and assist in external audits from clients or regulatory bodies.

• Ensure calibration and maintenance of lab equipment and measuring tools.

• Train and educate staff on quality procedures and food safety practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or a related field.

·         1 year of experience in a food manufacturing QA/QC role.

• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and quality management systems.

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with laboratory testing and analysis.
