Job Title: Software Sales Executive
Role Summary:
The Software Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling software solutions to prospective clients, generating new business opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Conduct product demonstrations and online/offline presentations.
Understand customer requirements and propose suitable software solutions.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and contracts.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Maintain relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
Coordinate with the implementation and support teams.
Maintain sales records and update CRM systems.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and sales skills.
Basic understanding of ERP, CRM, or business software solutions.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
Experience:
1–3 years of experience in software sales, ERP sales, or IT product sales.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in B2B sales.
Knowledge of manufacturing, textile, or fabric industry software solutions.
