A Project Manager with strong technical background covering application development. Ideally someone who worked as an application architect or similar role.

10-14 years of overall industry experience with last 4 years in manager role.

Must be willing to work from our Hyderabad office. No exceptions.

Working hours: PM Shift 1 PM to 10 PM

·                  Drive the end-to-end process from business requirement management to integration & configuration and production deployment. 

·                  Check the feasibility of the new change requirements and provide optimal solution to the client with clear timelines.

·                  Provide techno-functional solution support for all the new business implementations while building the entire system from the scratch.

·                  Support the solutioning team from architectural design, coding, testing and implementation. 

·                  Understand the functional design as well as technical design and architecture to be implemented on variety of open-source platforms including Java, Java Script, .Net, Mobile (Native & Hybrid), . 

·                  Implement the business processes, requirements and delivery using Agile Scrum methodology.

·                  Guide the technical team on architectural and platform choices.

·                  Engage with the client and facilitate weekly status updates, daily scrum meetings, etc.

·                  Identify and manage implementation of automation tools to help QA, Deployment and development activities.

·                  Sync between technical and functional requirements of the project and provide solutioning/ advise to the client or internal teams accordingly.

• Exposure to GenAI/Agentic AI platforms and code development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Signal, etc. are highly preferred.

·                  Help build the team further by onboarding and training new recruits to the team.
