Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Support Executive with hands-on experience in photocopiers, printers, and related machines. The candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, installation, and providing technical support to ensure smooth functioning of equipment at client sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of photocopiers, printers, and related office equipment.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues (hardware/software).

• Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce breakdowns and downtime.

• Provide on-site technical support and training to clients/end-users.

• Maintain service records and prepare reports for management.

• Ensure timely resolution of complaints to achieve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma in Polytechnic (3 years) – mandatory.

• Industry Experience: Must have prior work experience in photocopiers/printers/copywriter industry.

• Good knowledge of installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of related machines.

• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-handling ability.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willingness to travel locally if required.
