Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat

• Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues

• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary

• Ensure all customer interactions are logged and tracked

• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Education:Any Graduate (BSc, BCom, BA, BBA, etc.)

• Languages: Proficiency in English + Hindi or Tamil or Malayalam (mandatory)

• Communication Skill: Versant Level 4 or above

• Shift Timings:

• Female Candidates:Rotational shifts between 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM

• Male Candidates: Rotational shifts between 7:00 AM to 12:00 AM

• Work Hours: 9-hour shift with 1 rotational weekly off
