Qualifications:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in IT administration or a related role.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Proven experience as an IT Administrator, System Administrator, or a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols.

• Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN).

• Knowledge of data privacy practices and laws.

• Good understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks, etc.

• Experience in cloud services.

• Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
