Position Overview
The Quality Assurance Specialist will ensure delivery excellence by monitoring back-office operations, implementing QA frameworks, and driving continuous improvement. The QAS will evaluate processes, perform audits, and publish quality metrics while collaborating with stakeholders to enhance efficiency.
Age Limit : 24 - 27
Shifts : must be flexible for night shifts
Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct QA evaluation, analysis, and reporting on project performance.
2. Monitor key quality indicators such as CSAT, DSAT, and Quality Dashboards.
3. Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
4. Develop and update training materials and SOPs for clients.
5. Implement and apply 7 QC tools for process improvements.
6. Collaborate with teams to enhance compliance with standards and best practices.
Required Skills
1. Strong knowledge of Quality concepts and 7 QC Tools.
2. Hands-on experience in CSAT/DSAT tracking, dashboards, and reporting.
3. Strong analytical and RCA (Root Cause Analysis) skills.
4. High proficiency in MS Office 360 Suite.
5. Excellent communication (verbal & written).
6. Team collaboration and independent working skills.
Qualifications
1. High School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
2. 3+ years of experience in Quality roles.
3. At least 1 year in Quality Assurance within back-office or technical services.
4. Strong exposure to QA frameworks and performance improvement tools.
