Job Overview:

The ideal candidate should be a fast learner with strong analytical and logical thinking abilities. You will be responsible for supporting installations at customer sites, demonstrating proofs of concept (POC), and growing your expertise through certifications and hands-on exposure to cutting-edge security technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing.

• Present and demonstrate Proof of Concept (POC) with real-world use cases to customers.

• Organize and plan weekly, monthly, and quarterly learning goals to continuously upgrade skills.

• Support installation and configuration of security solutions at customer sites.

• Participate actively in a 90-day certification challenge for AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Obtain certifications for partner OEM security products such as Palo Alto, Trend Micro, Sophos, Thales, SonicWall, Pure ID, CrowdStrike, Forcepoint, Zscaler, Proofpoint, and others.

• Gain exposure to Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT), application security, security compliance, and audit processes.

• Work with a broad range of security technologies, including Network Security, Web Security, Email Security, Endpoint Security, Server Security, Cloud Access Security Brokers (CASB), Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), and Cloud Application Security (CAS).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• CCNA certification preferred (or equivalent foundational networking knowledge).

• Fast learner with strong analytical and logical conceptual thinking.

• Ability to effectively present concepts and demonstrate POCs with relevant use cases.

• Organized with goal-setting abilities and disciplined learning habits.

• Willingness to travel and provide onsite support at customer locations.

Training & Certification:

• Complete a 90-day certification challenge on AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Receive full access to training content for various OEM security certifications as a partner.

• Hands-on exposure to advanced cybersecurity domains including VAPT, application security, and security audits.
