Key Responsibilities

• Hardware & IT Support

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware.

  • Perform routine maintenance and upgrades of systems.

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues.

• Networking

  • Configure and maintain LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls.

  • Monitor network performance and ensure connectivity across departments.

  • Provide support for internet, VPN, and server-related issues.

• CCTV & Surveillance

  • Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems.

  • Monitor and troubleshoot surveillance equipment.

  • Ensure proper recording, storage, and backup of CCTV footage.

• Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain logs of IT support requests and resolutions.

  • Prepare reports on system/network uptime and CCTV performance.

  • Assist in vendor coordination for hardware and surveillance equipment.
