Job Description:

United Distributor is seeking an IT Assistant with strong technical and team handling skills to oversee and support daily IT operations. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring activities, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring smooth functioning of IT infrastructure across the organization, including travelling between different branches as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day IT operations, system maintenance and troubleshooting.

• Manage and monitor hardware, software and network-related activities.

• Provide technical support to employees for system/software-related issues.

• Ensure data security, backup and IT compliance policies are followed.

• Coordinate with vendors/service providers for IT requirements and problem resolution.

• Prepare reports and maintain records of IT support and issues.

• Lead and support team members while monitoring their daily IT-related activities.

• Travel between company branches for IT support, installation and issue resolution as per business needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT support and team handling.

• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks and troubleshooting techniques.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

• Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach.

• Qualification: Graduate/Diploma in IT/Computer Science or relevant field preferred.

• Willingness to travel across branches as per work requirements.
