Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level support for IT infrastructure issues including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, routers, switches, and firewalls.

• Respond to and resolve support tickets in a timely manner.

• Assist with system backups, patch management, and antivirus deployment.

• Experience with desktop operating systems (Windows 10/11, macOS).

• Exposure to Active Directory and Group Policy is a plus.

• Knowledge of basic scripting (PowerShell, Bash) is an advantage.

• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
