We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Support Engineer to manage and maintain our office IT infrastructure. This includes servers, network devices, security systems, remote access, and user support. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, a detail-oriented approach, and the ability to maintain accurate IT documentation.
Server Management
Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers.
Monitor server performance, storage, and backups.
Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, and DHCP.
Network Administration
Configure, manage, and troubleshoot managed switches, routers, and firewalls.
Maintain VPN access for remote employees.
Monitor network performance and ensure connectivity.
User & Device Support
Set up and maintain Thin Clients, desktops, and laptops.
Provide RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol) setup and support for work-from-home or branch users.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Security & Surveillance
Manage and monitor CCTV camera systems.
Ensure proper recording, storage, and retrieval of security footage.
IT Infrastructure Maintenance
Ensure proper functioning of office printers, biometric devices, and other IT hardware.
Perform regular system and network audits to ensure compliance and security.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain complete and accurate records of all IT-related activities, configurations, changes, and troubleshooting steps.
Keep IT asset inventory, and maintenance logs updated.
Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer / System Administrator
Strong knowledge of:
Windows Server Administration
Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
Managed Switch & Router Configuration
VPN Setup & Management
RDP Configuration
CCTV Installation & Management
Thin Client Setup
Familiarity with IT security best practices.
Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
