Network Installation & Configuration:
Setup, configure, and maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
Install network hardware and software and ensure proper connectivity.
Monitoring & Maintenance:
Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure network uptime and reliability.
Perform regular backups and system updates.
Security Management:
Implement and manage network security protocols, firewalls, and antivirus protection.
Monitor for unauthorized access, cyber threats, and resolve security breaches.
User Support:
Provide technical support to end-users regarding network issues.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software support and procurement.
Documentation & Compliance:
Maintain proper documentation for network architecture, updates, and security protocols.
Ensure compliance with IT policies and data protection regulations.
Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
Experience with Cisco/Juniper devices, firewalls (FortiGate, SonicWall), and VPN configurations.
Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Familiarity with Windows and Linux server environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in networking.
Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Network+ preferred.
