Role: Security & Compliance – IT Support

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Audit & Compliance Oversight

• Review audit reports from internal teams (Infosec, TPSG, Outsourcing, etc.) and external auditors.

• Identify gaps, risks, and non-compliance areas across Contact Center partners.

• Drive timely closure of audit observations via coordination with stakeholders.

• Maintain and update trackers for open/closed findings with complete evidence documentation.
  

Data & Information Security

• Ensure implementation of essential data security protocols: DLP, encryption, access controls, etc.

• Monitor adherence to Infosec standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, and internal security policies.

• Conduct periodic checks on data handling and storage practices at partner sites.

• Support incident management related to data breaches and policy violations.
  

Physical Security Governance

• Validate the effectiveness of physical security controls (CCTV, access logs, visitor management).

• Ensure compliance with physical security SOPs as per MSA/SOW.

• Coordinate with Admin/Facility teams for timely closure of physical security gaps.
  

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Liaise regularly with Legal, Risk, Infosec, Business, and external partners.

• Lead governance meetings with vendors to track compliance status and improvements.

• Conduct security awareness sessions and training for partner teams.
  

IT Infrastructure & Network Security

• Perform firewall configuration reviews to ensure only authorized traffic is permitted.

• Audit endpoint security measures—antivirus, patching, encryption, USB controls, etc.

• Validate compliance with network segmentation, VPN usage, and remote access protocols.

• Work closely with internal IT/Infosec groups and partner IT SPOCs on remediation workflows.
