Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and basic IT peripherals.
Set up and maintain local network connections, resolve basic connectivity issues, and assist with network device configurations.
Install Microsoft SQL Server and required components, ensuring proper configuration and updates.
Install and configure operating systems, office productivity tools, and business applications.
Configure and manage network printers, including IP assignment and driver installation.
Provide first-line technical support to Clients, addressing software and network issues.
Maintain IT asset inventory and document key configurations.
Follow IT security policies and ensure safe handling of company data.
