Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Developer / Tester to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will assist senior developers and testers with coding, debugging, and testing software modules. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in both software development and quality assurance under the guidance of experienced mentors.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in coding and debugging front-end or back-end modules.

• Write, execute, and document test cases to ensure software quality.

• Identify, log, and help resolve bugs or issues.

• Support the team in preparing documentation, test reports, and release notes.

• Participate in team discussions, code reviews, and testing cycles.

• Conduct research to solve technical challenges and improve efficiency.

Skills

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of programming (React JS, C#)

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and Tailwind

• Basic understanding of SQL and database queries; familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server

• Understanding of software testing fundamentals

• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Beginner to intermediate English communication skills

• Self-motivated, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
