Job Title: IT Desk Support Executive

Location: Gurgaon
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Working Days: 6 days a week

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive IT Desk Support Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with AutoDialer systems, basic networking knowledge, and the ability to provide fast and effective technical support to users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for desktop systems, software, and hardware.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AutoDialer tools.

• Handle basic networking tasks, including LAN/WAN troubleshooting, Wi-Fi configuration, and router/modem setup.

• Manage installations, configurations, and upgrades of systems and applications.

• Log and track support requests and ensure timely resolution.

• Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and system maintenance.

• Ensure all IT assets and systems are functioning properly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 0–2 years of experience in IT Helpdesk / Technical Support (freshers with good knowledge can apply).

• Good understanding of AutoDialer applications.

• Basic knowledge of networking concepts.

• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Ability to work 6 days a week.
