Plan and execute internal IT and operational projects
Support planning and execution of R&D tasks related to systems, software, or process improvements
Coordinate and support the daily operations of IT systems (hardware, software, and network infrastructure).
Serve as the primary point of contact between departments and the IT support team.
Responsible for configuring and troubleshooting IT hardware, software, and network issues
Track and manage IT inventory, including hardware and software inventory.
Maintain data security and backup systems, ensuring adherence to company policies. Implement and monitor data protection measures for both online and offline systems.
Monitor system performance and report issues proactively to the IT reporting person
Support ERP, CRM, and other software systems in coordination with internal and external teams.
Train users on IT systems and software usage.
Maintain documentation of IT procedures, configurations, and asset records.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and procurement.
Monitor and evaluate vendor performance to ensure timely and quality service delivery
