Job Description

1 Take Handover of closed projects from Sales

2. Liaise with client/Consultant /PMC/Architect teams for site readiness

3. Liaise with internal teams and contractors to ensure site works are on schedule.

4. Responsible for internal commitments to reporting managers and for commitments to

client side as well.

5. Preparing expense statements for projects.

6. Preparation of document submission.

7. Equipment installation and testing

8. Site Survey and BOM Preparation for the new requirements, if required

9. Project Schedule & implementation plan preparation

10. Material delivery planning

11. MRN preparation and coordination with purchase team

12. Overall site supervision of projects assigned.

13. Preparing RA bill as per site progress and submitting to the client on time

14. Follow HOD/Manager for any additional work assigned as and when required

15. Self-improvement through performance at site and education.
