Key Responsibilities:
Design and conduct surveys to collect data on customer satisfaction, preferences, and opinions.
Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends and patterns.
Prepare detailed reports and visual presentations of research findings.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide actionable insights.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Assist in developing strategies to improve products, services, and customer engagement.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
Proven experience in market research, data analysis, or a similar role.
Proficiency in survey tools and data analysis software (e.g., Excel, SPSS, Google Forms, or similar).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to interpret complex data into meaningful insights.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with customer satisfaction or sentiment analysis.
Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Familiarity with statistical and qualitative research methods.
