The IT Coordinator will act as a bridge between employees and the IT department, ensuring smooth communication, system allocation, and technical issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Manage IT Assets: Keep track of device allocation, SIM allocation, and IT inventory.

·         Employee Support: Help employees with IT-related queries and ensure their issues are forwarded to the right person.

·         Coordination: Act as a link between employees and the IT team to improve communication and resolve issues quickly.
