Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee day-to-day IT operations, including hardware, software, networks, and systems.
Lead and mentor the IT team, providing guidance and support.
Develop, implement, and maintain IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
Plan and execute IT projects (infrastructure upgrades, software implementations, etc.).
Ensure data security, backup systems, and disaster recovery plans are in place.
Collaborate with management to identify and implement technology solutions for business growth.
Negotiate with vendors and manage relationships with external IT service providers.
Monitor system performance and ensure uptime, reliability, and security.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
Prepare and manage IT budgets effectively.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Proven experience as an IT Manager or in a similar leadership role (5+ years).
Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, security protocols, and infrastructure.
Experience in managing IT projects and budgets.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
