We are seeking cultural and linguistic specialists to ensure AI systems reflect authentic, nuanced, and respectful representations of local cultures. This role blends deep cultural knowledge with analytical skills to refine high-quality datasets.

Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Create & review culturally authentic texts, dialogues, idioms, and proverbs

✔️ Design evaluation prompts for humor, taboos, sensitive topics, and cultural nuance

✔️ Benchmark AI outputs for accuracy, tone, and cultural appropriateness

✔️ Define cultural evaluation frameworks & guidelines

✔️ Enrich datasets with real-world cultural depth and mitigate bias

Requirements:

🔹 Native speaker with deep lived experience in the target culture

🔹 Advanced degree (PhD preferred) in Sociolinguistics, Anthropology, Cultural Studies, etc.

🔹 Strong grasp of social norms, customs, history, and current events

🔹 Professional experience in writing, journalism, education, or community leadership

🔹 Ability to represent diverse demographic perspectives

🔹 Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills

Payout (IC – Independent Contractor):
