Roles and Responsibilities
Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process [Sourcing, Screening, Short listing of Profiles from Job Portals, Scheduling Interviews, Conducting Preliminary rounds, Scheduling Technical interviews with stakeholders, Salary Negotiations, onboard].
Work closely with hiring managers and ensure timely closure of open positions within TAT.
Maintain recruitment tracker/reports – daily/weekly/monthly.
Other responsibilities assigned by the HR Manager.

Candidate should possess good communication and presentation skills.
Should possess excellent convincing and negotiation skills.
Candidate should be good at multitasking and should a good listener.
Should have knowledge on working on various job portals (Naukri/LinkedIn etc.)
Ability to coordinate effectively.
Should work Independent.
