Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Computer Technician who can diagnose and troubleshoot basic hardware issues and handle PC and software installations at client sites across India.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about IT hardware with a willingness to travel and working on diverse technical projects

Key Responsibilities:

•  Identify and troubleshoot basic hardware and system problems

•  Install configure & Setup PCs and software at client location 

•  Coordinate with the internal tech team for support

•  Maintain service reports and records

• Travel PAN India as per project requirements

• Assist in data backup, antivirus management, and recovery procedures.

• Conduct user training sessions when needed.

• Maintain software licenses and documentation.

• Should assist and provide AMC Service at client’s place

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in IT/Computer Science.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in IT support.

• Strong troubleshooting skills for both software and hardware issues.

• Must be willing and able to travel Pan India regularly.

• Excellent client-facing communication skills.
