Role Overview:

We are looking for an IT Executive to manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, software systems, and network. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and support all company IT equipment including computers, printers, networking devices, and CCTV systems.

• Install, configure, and update software such as Windows, MS Office, Email clients, and Antivirus.

• Provide technical support for ERP/Accounting/Business software.

• Manage LAN/WAN, routers, firewalls, and Wi-Fi networks.

• Ensure regular data backup and maintain IT security policies.

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.

• Coordinate with vendors and external service providers when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma or Graduate in IT/Computer Science (B.Sc. IT / BCA / MCA / BE IT/CS).

• Strong knowledge of desktop support and networking troubleshooting.

• Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux servers is an added advantage.

• Familiarity with ERP/CRM software is preferred.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Experience:

• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience preferred .

Salary Range:

• ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience).
