Manage network services including LAN/WAN, VLANs, Wi-Fi, and remote access technologies.-
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues in real-time.-
Support email and collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Google Workspace).-
Maintain inventory of hardware/software licenses and manage procurement or renewal cycles.-
Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software support, warranties, and updates.-
Install, configure, and maintain Windows and MAC systems and Windows server.-
Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and domain services.-
Monitor and optimise system and network performance to ensure high availability and reliability.-
Develop and maintain system documentation, including network diagrams and asset inventories.-
Implement data backup and disaster recovery plans and test restoration procedures regularly.-
Train end-users on IT best practices, system access, and security awareness.Experience: 5+ Years’ experience in managing sophisticated network architecture, deployment, Windows server management and End-Users support.
