The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of core WordPress development, including custom theme and plugin development, performance tuning, security, and seamless integration of eCommerce functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain custom WordPress themes and plugins.

• Build and manage eCommerce websites, primarily using WooCommerce.

• Develop custom post types, taxonomies, and ACF-based solutions.

• Integrate third-party APIs and services into WordPress websites.

• Customize and extend WooCommerce functionalities based on business needs.

• Work closely with UI/UX designers, project managers, and other developers.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team development standards.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers.

• Optimize websites for speed, performance, and scalability.

• Implement WordPress security best practices and manage regular updates.

• Conduct periodic website audits to identify and resolve bottlenecks.

• Maintain thorough technical documentation.

• Stay updated with WordPress trends, tools, and technologies.

• Recommend and implement improvements in development workflows.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in WordPress development with a strong focus on eCommerce websites.
