Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and reliable IT Support Engineer who has hands-on experience in CCTV installation and maintenance, along with basic computer hardware and networking troubleshooting skills. The role may require the engineer to be stationed as a resident engineer at one of our client locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems (IP and Analog)
Handle day-to-day support for CCTV troubleshooting and maintenance
Perform basic hardware repairs, upgrades, and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
Diagnose and resolve networking issues (LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches)
Provide on-site and remote IT support as required
Maintain logs and documentation for services delivered
Coordinate with internal teams for escalation and resolution
Required Skills:
Experience in CCTV installation and troubleshooting
Basic knowledge of computer hardware components and repair
Understanding of networking concepts (IP, DHCP, switches, routers)
Ability to work independently and at client locations
Good communication and customer service skills
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred
Candidates residing between Bandra and Mira Road will be given preference
Must be open to working as a Resident Engineer if required
