IT Executive

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day IT operations, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, maintaining network infrastructure, and ensuring overall IT system security and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.

• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.

• Respond promptly to service issues and requests.

• Provide technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).

• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.

• Support the roll-out of new applications or system upgrades.

• Set up new user accounts and profiles and handle password issues.

• Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls.

• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.

• Coordinate with external vendors for system maintenance or procurement when required.

• Maintain surveillance (CCTV) and biometric systems.

• Assist in website and email management (as required).
