Job Profile: IT Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy IT Customer Support Executive to join our team at Law Garden. The ideal candidate will assist clients with technical issues, respond to queries via phone/email, and ensure timely resolution of basic hardware/software problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level IT support to users

• Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues

• Respond to customer queries through phone, email, or chat

• Log and escalate unresolved issues to senior technicians

• Maintain documentation of issues and solutions

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of computers, networking, and MS Office

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Fresher or up to 6 months of experience in IT support

Education: Graduate in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred
