IT Engineer - Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Visit client sites for installation, maintenance, and support of IT equipment including:Desktop PCs, laptops, printers, scannersCCTV systems, routers, switches, Wi-Fi setupsNetworking cables, LAN setup, and configurationDiagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.Provide remote or on-site technical support as required.Handle OS installation, formatting, driver updates, and backup restoration.Perform routine preventive maintenance and prepare service reports.Coordinate with the internal team for parts replacement and client updates.Maintain professional conduct, punctuality, and customer satisfaction during site visits.Keep proper documentation of jobs completed, materials used, and client feedback.Required Skills & Knowledge:Strong understanding of Windows OS, networking, and basic hardware troubleshooting.Knowledge of LAN/WAN, IP addressing, and router/switch configuration.Hands-on experience in CCTV setup, printer configuration, and cabling preferred.Must be comfortable with field travel across different client sites.Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi.Ability to work independently and responsibly.
