Key Responsibilities
Hardware Management:
Install, troubleshoot, and replace defective hardware components.
Network Design & Implementation:
Design, build, and install network infrastructure, including LANs, WANs, wireless networks, routers, switches, and firewalls.
Network Monitoring & Performance Optimization:
Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement changes to maximize speed and minimize latency.
Security Management:
Implement and maintain security protocols, firewalls, VPNs, and encryption to protect sensitive data and network systems.
Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues affecting connectivity and performance.
Documentation:
Maintain up-to-date documentation for network configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
