Reporting To: Store Manager / Owner
Customer Interaction & Sales
Greet and attend to walk-in customers with a polite and professional attitude.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable computer/laptop products, accessories, or services.
Achieve monthly sales targets for hardware, accessories, and AMC/service packages.
Demonstrate products and explain technical features in simple, customer-friendly language.
Repair & Technical Support
Perform basic to intermediate-level repair and servicing of desktops, laptops, and accessories (RAM, HDD, SSD, battery, keyboard, display, etc.).
Diagnose issues and provide estimated costs and timelines for repairs.
Maintain proper documentation of each repair job (job card, inventory usage, etc.).
Inventory & Store Maintenance
Keep track of inventory levels of commonly used parts and accessories.
Assist in stock arrangement, labeling, and display for walk-in customers.
Ensure cleanliness and presentability of the work desk and store area.
Customer Satisfaction & Communication
Follow up with customers for service updates, pending parts, and feedback.
Handle basic customer complaints and escalate critical issues to the store manager.
Maintain a polite and helpful tone in all verbal and written communications.
Learning & Self-Development
Stay updated with the latest models, technologies, and repair techniques.
Participate in training sessions conducted by the store or external partners.
Improve product knowledge and enhance communication skills regularly.
Presentable appearance and confident demeanor.
Good spoken Hindi and English.
Willingness to work on weekends and in shifts as per store requirements.
Basic knowledge of billing software and MS Office preferred.
