Role - Customer Support Executive

Responsibilities
Provide technical support via voice and chat for domestic and international clients.
Handle customer and client queries with professionalism.
Assist with business registration services and client onboarding.
Raise tickets and ensure timely updates.
Gather required information and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide timely resolutions and continuous support.
Maintain and enhance the company’s reputation as a provider of excellent customer support throughout sales and after-sales processes.
What We’re Looking For
Familiarity with remote desktop applications (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, UltraViewer).
Basic knowledge of postman and sql servers
Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar role is an advantage.
Understanding of CRM systems and help desk software.
Knowledge of digital marketing, mobile marketing, and IT industry will be a plus.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Multi-tasking abilities.
Patience when handling tough cases.
Qualifications
B.Sc / B.Tech / any Graduate (any specialization welcome).
Freshers are encouraged to apply – training will be provided.
