Job Title: Desktop Engineer

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra

Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Position: Desktop Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop and laptop systems.

Set up network printers, Microsoft Outlook, and remote desktop tools.

Ensure system updates, antivirus, and patch compliance.

Provide L1 and L2 technical support to internal users.

Maintain and update inventory records and IT documentation.

Support remote users via phone, email, chat, or remote access tools.

Required Skills:

Strong working knowledge of Windows OS and Office 365.

Basic understanding of networking concepts.

Experience with Active Directory and endpoint security tools.

Good troubleshooting and communication skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in IT or a related field.

1 to 3 years of relevant experience.

Certifications such as CompTIA A+, MCSA, or ITIL are preferred.
