We are looking for Desktop Support Engineer to join our team PROBOX to resolve hardware & network issues and maintain overall IT infrastructure. This role offers an in-hand salary of In Hand Salary and a chance to work in a technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first- and second-level support for desktop, laptop.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and IT equipment.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues for end-users.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory, Office 365, or similar systems.
Perform system upgrades, patches, and security updates as required.
Monitor and maintain IT assets, ensuring accurate inventory and compliance with company policies.
Support network connectivity issues, including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN.
Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems.
Maintain documentation of technical procedures, solutions, and asset records.
Provide end-user training and guidance on IT best practices and security protocols.
Participate in IT projects, rollouts, and system migrations as needed.
